>> change of mind , you do not want the dress you have received, you can return but you must return at your own shipping cost.
>> if you request custom-made dress (base on your own measurement or change of our existing design) , only 50% refund as it is not our standard dress anymore.
>> Return item must be in original condition , unused, unwashed, unaltered, no dirty spots, not torn .
>>Return item in its original packaging box with tag & label still intact
>>In case you need size alteration after you received the goods , please email to us upfront . We provide alteration services at very minimal fees.
We do not issue the refund if:
