Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment by informing us via email within 24 hours after receive the item . We provide refund for ordered products if:
>> you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days )
>> you receive the wrong item (wrong color, wrong size ) . Please take a photo and email the photo to us
>> change of mind , you do not want the dress you have received, you can return but you must return at your own shipping cost.
>> if you request custom-made dress (base on your own measurement or change of our existing design) , only 50% refund as it is not our standard dress anymore.
>> Return item must be in original condition , unused, unwashed, unaltered, no dirty spots, not torn , in original packaging box with tag and label still intact.
>>In case you need size alteration after receive the dress, please email to us upfront . We provide alteration services at very minimal fees.
We do not issue the refund if:

>> your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
>>your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
>>the return item is not in original condition .
